Cancellation Policy
If you do no show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

$300.00 - Intake/Initial Session 60-90 Minutes
$200.00 - Per 45-55 Minute Session
$300.00 - Per 90 Minute Session
$110.00 - Per Person 60-90 Minutes (Group Setting)
$200.00 - Per 45-55 Minute (Parent Coaching)
$300.00 - Per 90 Minute (Parent Coaching)
$520.00 - Per Hour For Court Related Items
Insurance
Carefully does not currently accept insurance; however, we will provide a superbill for clients to receive possible reimbursement based on their individual plan rates.
